Accuris qMAX™ One-Step RT-qPCR Kits

Accuris qMAX™ One-Step RT-qPCR Kits simplify real-time RT-qPCR workflows by combining cDNA synthesis and qPCR amplification in a single tube directly from RNA templates. Each kit includes a ready-to-use 2× qPCR master mix and a 20× reverse transcriptase component. The optimized buffer contains powerful RNase inhibitors and an extremely thermostable MMLV-derived reverse transcriptase for robust first-strand cDNA synthesis. The antibody-mediated Accuris Hot-Start Taq allows sample preparation at room temperature, with polymerase activation occurring only after the initial 95°C denaturation step, reducing non-specific amplification. An inert blue dye facilitates accurate pipetting. Four chemistries are available: PR2120 (qMAX Green/SYBR) for intercalating dye detection; PR2121 (Probe) for singleplex TaqMan™ assays; PR2122 (Probe Multiplex) for simultaneous multi-target amplification; and PR2124 (Probe 4X) for high template input and improved low-copy target detection.
