qMAX™ Green qPCR Mix

qMAX™ Green qPCR Mix is supplied as a ready-to-use 2× master mix for SYBR Green-based real-time quantitative PCR. Combines Accuris Hot Start Taq Polymerase with a proprietary qMAX Green intercalating dye that delivers higher fluorescence signal and lower PCR inhibition compared to conventional SYBR Green dyes. The optimized formulation features a specially designed buffer containing salts, PCR enhancers, stabilizers, and pH optimization to achieve earlier Ct values and broad dynamic range specificity across diverse templates. The antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism allows room-temperature reaction setup. An inert blue tracking dye incorporated into the mix facilitates easy visualization and accurate pipetting. Ideal for low copy number templates, gene expression analysis, and high-throughput applications. Available in multiple reaction sizes (Sampler/20 to 1000 reactions) and three ROX reference dye levels (No ROX, Low ROX, High ROX) for compatibility with all major qPCR instruments.
