Accuris qMAX™ cDNA Synthesis Kits provide efficient conversion of RNA to cDNA for downstream qPCR applications. The standard 2-tube kit accommodates 4 pg to 0.5 µg RNA input with anchored oligo(dT) and random hexamer primers. The First Strand Flex Kit supports 10 pg to 2.0 µg RNA and provides greater flexibility with four separate components for customizable reaction design.

Accuris now offers two complementary cDNA synthesis kits to meet a range of experimental requirements. The qMAX™ cDNA Synthesis Kit (PR2100) features a convenient 2-tube format that simplifies reaction setup. One tube contains a stable reverse transcriptase combined with a potent RNase inhibitor; the second tube provides a 5× reaction buffer with an optimized blend of anchored oligo(dT) primers and random hexamers to ensure an unbiased cDNA population. Accommodates input RNA from 4 pg to 0.5 µg. The qMAX™ First Strand cDNA Synthesis Flex Kit (PR2110) uses a four-component modular design including high-capacity reverse transcriptase, optimized 5× buffer, oligo(dT) primers, and random hexamer primers supplied separately. Supports input RNA from 10 pg to 2.0 µg and allows greater flexibility in assay design. Both kits are compatible with downstream qPCR using any chemistry.
