Our stainless steel support jacks are constructed entirely of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and are available in a variety of sizes and load capacities to support miniflasks, jars, columns, large baths, magnetic stirrers, heaters, and more. Their rugged construction also provides exceptional stability, even in the larger sizes. The stainless lift mechanism with POM rollers provides long service life even in corrosive conditions. The height adjustment handwheel is made of phenolic resin. Jacks are autoclavable and are resistant to sanitizing agents. Popular for use in a wide variety of environments, including fume hoods, solution-baths, and marine and industrial laboratories, as well as biological laboratories, their highly-polished finish, autoclavability and resistance to sanitizing agents help reduce cross-contamination risks. A racheting handle is provided to simplify use of the larger support jacks. This handle simply slides onto the handwheel of the 30 x 30cm and 40 x 40cm support jacks to greatly reduce the effort required for raising and lowering the jack. Now also available in Maxi-Lift models - Maxi-Lift stainless steel support jacks have a maximum height that is approximately 30% higher than traditional support jacks for special applications.
