The 0.22μm hydrophobic PTFE membrane enables passive pressure equalization and gas exchange while maintaining a sterile barrier against liquid ingress and microbial contamination. Ideal for bioreactor vessels, media storage bottles, and any sealed system requiring gas venting without contamination risk. Constructed from autoclavable polypropylene with an integrated PTFE membrane, this cap is BPA free, FDA compliant, and manufactured in the USA. Available in White PP.
