Accuris™ Taq Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase optimized for routine PCR, genotyping, colony PCR, and fast PCR. Accuris™ Taq Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase suitable for routine PCR applications as well as genotyping, colony PCR, and fast PCR. Modified to improve DNA-binding, this polymerase offers higher solubility and greater template affinity, resulting in consistently superior performance. Accuris Taq exhibits a 5’ to 3’ nuclease activity but no 3’ to 5’ proofreading activity, and works well with a wide range of DNA templates including GC-rich sequences. Available in three sizes as purified enzyme (5u/µl), as a ready-to-use 2× Taq Master Mix, and as a 2× Taq Red Dye Master Mix that incorporates a loading dye for direct gel loading.
