Accuris SmartWasher 96 Microplate Washer

The Accuris SmartWasher 96 microplate washer automates the repetitive and critical plate-washing steps in ELISA and other microplate assays, delivering consistent results and reducing hands-on time. Precision needle control to 0.1 mm minimizes residual liquid to ≤1 µl per well, improving assay sensitivity and reproducibility. Up to 100 fully customizable wash protocols can be stored and recalled from the 4.3-inch LCD control panel, covering soak time, number of wash cycles, dispense volume (50–3000 µl/well), and aspiration parameters. An auto-rinse function flushes the tubing before and after runs. Liquid level sensors in the wash and waste bottles provide alerts to prevent incomplete washing or overflow. The unit accommodates full 96-well plates, partial plates, and strip formats with various well bottom shapes. Both 8-channel (MW9600-8CM) and 12-channel (MW9600-12CM) manifolds are available for different workflow needs. Includes 2 wash bottles, 1 rinse bottle, waste bottle with level sensor, transparent acrylic shield, and spill well.
