Accuris SmartSeal Semi-Automated Microplate Sealer

The Accuris SmartSeal MS1000 semi-automated microplate sealer provides fast, reproducible sealing of microplates for storage, assay preparation, and PCR applications. Digital controls allow precise adjustment of sealing temperature (80–200°C in 1°C increments), sealing time (0.5–10 seconds in 0.1-second increments), and pressure for optimal results with each plate and seal type. The instrument heats from room temperature to 200°C in approximately 6 minutes. A broad compatibility range accommodates deep-well storage plates, standard assay plates, and PCR plates up to 48 mm in height, with an aluminum block adapter for expanded format support. Multiple seal materials are available: peelable foil (MS1000-F1) and strong-bond foil (MS1000-F2) for storage and assay applications; clear peelable film (MS1000-PCR1), clear strong-bond film (MS1000-PCR2), and clear pierceable film (MS1000-PCR3) for PCR and qPCR plates.
