Accuris SmartReader UV-Vis Microplate Reader

The Accuris SmartReader UV-Vis microplate reader combines a monochromator-based optical system with a 10-inch color touchscreen for intuitive standalone operation across a wide range of photometric assays. The full 200–1000 nm wavelength range eliminates the need for interchangeable filters, covering UV nucleic acid quantification (260/280 nm), protein assays (Bradford, BCA, Lowry), cell proliferation, ELISA, and enzyme kinetics in a single instrument. Both 96-well and 384-well standard microplates are supported; a full 96-well plate reads in under 6 seconds (OD range 0–4.0 Abs). The optional SmartDrop accessory plate (MR9610-SDP) enables direct low-volume (1–2 µl) absorbance measurements on the plate carrier for nucleic acid purity (A260/A280) and concentration quantification. The MR9611 model adds a cuvette spectroscopy port for traditional 1 cm path-length cuvette measurements. Built-in temperature control ranges from ambient +5°C to 45°C. Onboard 16 GB storage; USB export. Optional PC software (MR9610-PC) enables remote operation, data management, and advanced analysis. Dimensions: 300×500×260 mm.
