Accuris SmartDoc Gel Imaging System

The Accuris SmartDoc Gel Imaging System is a complete solution for safe, high-quality gel documentation using a smartphone or tablet. The system combines a blue light illumination base (460 nm peak LED) with an imaging enclosure that blocks ambient light for consistent image capture. Unlike UV-based gel documentation, blue light does not cause nucleic acid damage, allowing downstream use of excised bands. The included orange photo filter attaches over the phone's camera lens for optimal contrast when photographing SmartGlow, SYBR Green, and other green-fluorescent stains. The orange viewing cover protects the user's eyes during direct viewing. Accepts gels up to 15×15 cm. Compatible with iPhone, Android, and tablet devices.
