Accuris SmartCheck Protein Markers

Accuris SmartCheck Tri-Color Extended Range Plus Protein Markers provide accurate size references for SDS-PAGE and western blotting applications. Thirteen pre-stained proteins spanning 9–245 kDa are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore, with two alternate-colored reference bands: a green band at 25 kDa and a red band at 75 kDa. The tri-color design allows instant orientation on the gel and clear identification of transfer efficiency during western blotting without the need for staining or developing. The ready-to-use formulation requires no dilution or preparation — simply heat and load. Supplied as two 250 µl tubes (500 µl total), sufficient for approximately 100 lanes at 5 µl per lane. Compatible with all standard SDS-PAGE and western blot systems. Store at −20°C; stable for 12 months.
