Accuris SmartCheck DNA Ladders

Accuris SmartCheck DNA ladders provide pre-mixed, ready-to-use size references for accurate fragment sizing in agarose gel electrophoresis. Three size ranges are available: the 50 bp ladder (PR4005) resolves small fragments from 50–500 bp; the 100 bp ladder (PR4010) spans 100 bp–1.5 kb; and the 1 kb ladder (PR4100) covers 500 bp–10 kb. Each formulation includes a loading buffer with tracking dye (bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol) so no sample preparation is required — simply vortex and load 5 µl per lane. DNA concentration is 0.1 mg/ml. Higher-intensity reference bands aid rapid size estimation. Ultra-pure production allows ambient shipping; store at −20°C for up to 15 months after receipt. Available in economical 5-pack (500-lane) formats.
