Accuris IsoPure™ Mini Automated Purification System

The Accuris IsoPure™ Mini Automated Magnetic Bead-Based Purification System is designed for rapid, reproducible isolation of nucleic acids, proteins, and other target molecules from biological samples using magnetic bead chemistry. It processes up to 16 samples simultaneously using 6-well strips or 96 deep-well plates, with programmable sample volumes from 50 µL to 1,000 µL. The compact 8×10 inch footprint fits easily in any biosafety cabinet or bench space. Protocols are programmed and stored via an included Android tablet (Bluetooth) or PC software (USB connection), with capacity for 100 stored protocols. A built-in QR code scanner enables rapid protocol transfer from printed or digital sources. Heating strips provide independent temperature control for lysis and elution stages, with a range of ambient 37°C to 120°C and variable mixing speed (10 levels) for optimized bead-binding kinetics.
