Accuris IsoPure™ 96 Automated Purification System

The Accuris IsoPure™ 96 is a high-throughput, automated system that improves the efficiency and reproducibility of magnetic bead-based purification protocols. Designed for demanding genomics, proteomics, and molecular biology workflows, it processes up to 96 samples simultaneously using standard 96-well deep-well plates, with programmable sample volumes from 50 µL to 1,000 µL. An 8-position carousel with 2 independent heating blocks enables parallel processing of multiple plates, supporting lysis temperatures from ambient +5°C to 120°C and elution temperatures from ambient +5°C to 120°C, with 10-level variable mixing speed. Purification cycles complete in 10 to 60 minutes depending on reagent kit complexity. Magnetic bead recovery consistently exceeds 95%. The 7.0-inch color touch screen provides on-board programming and protocol management, with storage for up to 100 program files. A built-in 3W UVC lamp (253.7 nm wavelength) provides UV sterilization between runs. Compatible with all popular magnetic bead kits on the market.
