Accuris™ Hot Start Taq is bound with a monoclonal antibody that blocks enzyme activity until PCR cycling begins, enabling room-temperature reaction setup. Exceptional sensitivity for low-copy PCR, multiplex applications, and GC-rich templates. Available as purified enzyme, 2× Master Mix, or 2× Red Dye Master Mix.
Accuris™ Hot Start Taq is engineered for controlled polymerase activity. A monoclonal antibody blocks enzyme activity at room temperature, eliminating non-specific amplification during reaction setup. Provides exceptional sensitivity for low copy PCR; ideal for multiplex PCR and amplification of GC-rich DNA. Shares the same enhanced features as Accuris Taq Polymerase with a buffer optimized for fast cycling and reproducibility. The Red Dye Master Mix incorporates a red loading dye that allows amplified samples to be loaded directly on an agarose gel without additional loading dye.
