Accuris™ High Fidelity and AccuFi™ Mix

For applications requiring highly accurate amplification, Accuris offers a range of high fidelity PCR options. Proofreading enzymes are modified for better sensitivity and higher activity, delivering up to 100× higher fidelity than Taq polymerase. Crude DNA samples will not inhibit amplification. Ideal for cloning and mutagenesis, with options for blunt-end or A-overhang products and optimized buffers with PCR enhancers. The High Fidelity DNA Polymerase (PR1000-HF) provides 50× the fidelity of native Taq for complex targets up to 10 kb. The High Fidelity Master Mix (PR1001-HF) delivers 100× fidelity for shorter targets. AccuFi™ HFHS (PR1002-HFHS) features ultra-high fidelity with rapid extension kinetics (~10 s/kb) supporting long-range amplification beyond 15 kb.
