Accuris Fluorescence Quantification Kits

Accuris Fluorescence Quantification Kits provide a range of optimized reagent formulations for highly sensitive quantification of dsDNA, ssDNA, and RNA using fluorescence dye chemistry. These kits offer dramatically higher sensitivity and specificity compared to UV absorbance (A260) methods, with resistance to common sample contaminants including salts, proteins, organic solvents, detergents, and nucleotides. Compatible with Accuris Smart-Q Mini (F0100), Smart-Q Fluorometer (F1001/F1008), SmartDrop XF (NS1020), Qubit fluorometers, and microplate readers. Detection ranges by assay type: dsDNA High Sensitivity 0.005–120 ng/µL; dsDNA Broad Range 0.1–1,000 ng/µL; ssDNA 0.05–200 ng/µL; RNA High Sensitivity 0.1–100 ng/µL; RNA Broad Range 1–1,000 ng/µL. 1X ready-to-use formats (HS1, BR1) eliminate the preparation step of diluting concentrated buffer, reducing hands-on time. Blue excitation at 460 ± 20 nm; green fluorescence emission at 525–570 nm. Available in 100-assay and 500-assay kit sizes.
