Accuris™ Fast Extraction PCR Kit

The Accuris™ Fast Extraction PCR Kit offers exceptional versatility for extracting and amplifying DNA from a wide range of sample types. Extraction and amplification complete in under 60 minutes. Compatible with animal tissue, plant, saliva, and bacterial samples. Includes High Fidelity Hot Start Red Dye Master Mix. The single-tube extraction solution requires only 8 minutes of incubation followed by PCR amplification. Compatible with endpoint or real-time qPCR workflows using SYBR Green or TaqMan chemistries. Fast Extraction Lysis Solution is also available separately for labs that supply their own master mix.
