ISO/IEC 17025 pipette calibration is performed by an accredited laboratory that has been independently assessed and found technically competent by a recognized accreditation body. The accreditation verifies that the laboratory’s reference instruments, measurement processes, and quality system are capable of producing metrologically valid calibration results with properly characterized measurement uncertainty.
