Who We’re Looking For?

Calibration Technician / Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including balances, pipettes, thermometers, and pH meters
  • Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Investigate and resolve calibration issues and non-conformances
  • Provide training and technical support to customers on calibration procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with customers to develop corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in the development of training programs and provide training on calibration topics
  • Maintain accurate records of all calibration activities and provide reports to customers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in field calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, cGMP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours as needed

Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control checks on equipment, materials, and products
  • Conduct and document internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Participate in the development of training programs and provide training on quality assurance topics
  • Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment
  • Follow all laboratory safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on quality assurance
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, cGMP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
