Who We’re Looking For?
Calibration Technician / Field Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including balances, pipettes, thermometers, and pH meters
- Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Investigate and resolve calibration issues and non-conformances
- Provide training and technical support to customers on calibration procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to develop corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in the development of training programs and provide training on calibration topics
- Maintain accurate records of all calibration activities and provide reports to customers as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in field calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, cGMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours as needed
Quality Assurance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control checks on equipment, materials, and products
- Conduct and document internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions
- Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in the development of training programs and provide training on quality assurance topics
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on quality assurance
- Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, cGMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
